Is Caspian good investment for rental yields? My concern is that
1) Lakeside residence construction will commence in the next few years =air,noise pollution from construction lasting a few years
2) Units alongside the Mrt track= noise pollution from passing trains
4) As a third property buyer with additional 3pct SD to pay.
Owner will tend to compete with one another by lowering rental rate to secure tenand, will it be a bad choice to buy now and wait for a while?
